CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Registration Fees are Non - Refundable.

Annual Contribution paid to Cosmic Health Care Private Ltd is for one-year ^#. Annual Contribution once paid will not be refunded in case Applicant wishes to discontinue the learning program from Cosmic Health Care Private Ltd. The payment is towards digital content for the CLP.

 

# Note :

Forum Membership renewal is effective from the Date of Expiry of Forum membership or 30 days whichever is less, and not as per the Date of renewal. Therefore you are encouraged to renew in advance.

 

THE RIGHT TO ADMISSION IS RESERVED:

The organization reserves the right to cancel the registration without stating any reason whatsoever. The organization can refuse entry in the event.

I further give my consent, voluntarily and without reservations to permit Cosmic Health Care Private Ltd to make accessible my experience with CLP which I have disclosed to be shared in its website or other similar social platforms.”

 

DECLARATION:

I agree to all the terms and conditions and state that I am becoming part of (CLP) by Cosmic Health Care Private Ltd at my own free will. I take full responsibility for participating in this CLP without any expectations regarding its outcome whatsoever. I will maintain the sanctity of the program and keep all facets of the program strictly confidential.

This registration shall be governed by the laws of India with the explicit exclusion of the principles of choice of laws. The courts at New Delhi shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to hear any matter in relation hereto.
