Join Shivyogi Acharya Dr. Ishan Shivanand Ji for a powerful Yogic experience, inspired by the transformative practices of Yoga of Immortals.

The session will begin with guided breathwork and yogic exercises, designed to awaken energy, release accumulated stress and bring greater vitality to the body and mind. This will be followed by a deep meditative experience to help you turn inward, experience stillness and emerge deeply rejuvenated.

You will be required to register for each phase. There will be three phases, each phase of 30 days.
